Qualification: Any Degree - Should not have any arrears
Shift: Day Shift - General
Salary: Rs. 13,000 - 25,000 /month
Interview Date: Dec 12, 2019 to Dec 30, 2019
Interview Timing: 10 AM to 2 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
PC Assembling, Disassembling
OS installation - Windows 7, 8.1, 10
RAM, HDD upgradeSystem Performance
SMPS, Printer ConfigurationLAN, IP addresses troubleshooting
Internet related issues troubleshooting
Sharing files and folders
MS Outlook configuration and Troubleshooting
Data Backup Knowledge in Ticketing Tools
Remote Support tools - AnyDesk, Ammyy Admin, TeamViewer
Basic knowledge about DNS, DHCP, APIPA, DORA
Desktop Maintenance and Troubleshooting
OSI Layers, Basic knowledge about Router, Switch
Key Skills
Should be good in communication, Desktop Support Engineer, Hardware & Networking, A+, N+Required
Experience - 0-6 years experience
Qualifications
Any Degree
Good communication skills
Should have all mark sheets and provisional certificate
Arrears not eligible
