Job Description

• Analyze application data to assess performance and uncover problems.
• Work in team environment to complete all testing activities according to schedule.
• Coordinate resolutions with development team and project managers.
• Handling escalation independently and ensuring that such incidents should not happen in future
• Managing the User PCs in Domain or not, & providing the rights & permissions on the server, Enforce security policies and keep environment up to the company standard.
• Integrated application software and hardware configuration changes.
• Supporting company users with troubleshooting assistance.
• Installing the Windows Software’s, Network Printers, Scanners, & all eureka Forbes standard softwares etc.
• Maintaining the Printers, Desktop, Laptop, Scanner etc. for the user will not suffering any problem with that Hardwares.
• Installation, Integration, Configuration, and proper support of Active Directories based on Windows Server 2003 R2.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of DNS and DHCP server. - Installed software, patching, upgrading and maintenance of operating system.
• Implementing backup and restore strategy.
• Managing Backup of all the servers using Windows 2003 NTBACKUP
• Working on Tickets as per SLA basis to meet customer requirements
• Supporting all Vendor Engineers across India for L2 Desktop calls.
• Practical Knowledge Install, configure a Cisco Router, awareness in TCP/IP; OSI Layers, VLAN, TCP/IP; administer Networking; Wireless Technologies.
• Knowledge in IP-Subnetting.
• Remote Configuration of Routers, Switches, via Telnet Routing Protocols : Static, Default, RIP, RIP v 2, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP. Routing Concepts : ACL, NAT
• Practical knowledge of Installation and Maintainance of Windows Based systems, XP, 7, 8, Server
• A setting of networking Devices like Routers, Switches, Hub etc. 
• Coordinating with the System/Network administrator during Implementation.
• Configure routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF, RIP.
• Backup and recovery of Cisco router.
• IP Addressing and subneting.
• Network Security and Network Address Translation.
• Installation, Configuration and Administration of windows Servers 2000, 2003, 2008.
• Installation ,Configuration, and Administration of Active Directory, FTP, DNS, DHCP, RODC, Trust Relationship, Windows Backup Features, Print Server, Group Policy management, WDS, DFS, Exchange server 2007.
• Implementing and maintaining backup schedules.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices, Check network connectivity, Troubleshooting, Sharing files and folders, Crimping
