Preflight/Estimation: Review source documents from clients to provide accurate estimate information to estimating team
Doc prep: Preparing source documents for translation
Layout: Completing layout for active projects in multiple languages, in a number of programs and across Mac and PC platforms
Quality review: Ensure final formatted documents meet quality standards
Attention to detail: Ensure all project specific and client specific instructions have been adhered to
Effective communication with assigned project managers and desktop publishers
Report directly to Production Support Manager
Quality reporting and tracking
Communicate all present and foreseeable project issues to the Project Manager and/or Coordinator
Follow rigid internal ISO and EN certified processes, standards and policies
Manage personal schedule of projects
Knowledge of MS office, Adobe, Framemaker ( Structured & Unstructured), Indesign, Mac
