Configuration, Administration and troubleshooting of ADDS, DNS, DHCP
Strong knowledge in Active Directory Domain Service
Strong knowledge in Group Policy Management
Good knowledge in Monitoring and managing the Firewall in SonicWALL
Good knowledge in Monitoring and managing Site and Replication
Good knowledge in Symantec Backup exec 2014
Planning and Maintaining Data backup and restore
Configuring and Troubleshooting of Network Printers
Managing and configuring of Distributed file system
Installing, configuring windows Server 2003, 2008 R2 and 2012.
Installing configuring administrating file servers in Windows 2008, Windows 2008 R2.
Installed and configured the printer in server to access the users.
Creating and configuring group policies as per our customer request.
Installing and Configuring the DHCP Client server.
Backup schedule preparation in server Daily basics and weekly basics through Windows server backup tool.
Symantec Exec 2012 Installation and configuration schedule the job as per our requirements.
Backup job creation in Symantec Exec 2012 and schedule the job in Data Domain storage.
Remote Administration & support for production servers.
Troubleshooting of server issue in both hardware and operating system level
Maintenance of Infrastructure servers like File servers, Print server, DHCP, DNS and IIS server.
Providing support to Application Team.
Logging and tracking cases/tickets and sharing the team with the solution for the new problems.
Responsible for process documentation, Root Cause Analysis and work with Incident Management.

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Oversee and update assigned support service requests.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
Grow clients and communicate to Account Manager by determining new opportunities.
Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.
Order or buy computer systems and liaise with purchase and supplies department.
Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems
