Job Description
We have urgent requirement for Desktop Support Engineer - L1 for our onsite requirement
Duties and Responsibilities as follows:
Monitoring , Reporting (Infra / Project), Learning, Documentation and Escalation
Basic analysis and resolution based on SOP, Responding to customer query, ticket analysis and assignment.
Co-ordination and ensuring call and ticket closure.
Other Requirements
Ability to learn new technologies
Good communication
Interpersonal skill (Team work)
Should have minimum 6 months -1 year hands on experience in hardware and networking as a L1 resource.
