Job Description
- Installation and configuring windows 7, Windows 8 on Client systems.
- Configuring Network printers.
- Solving Desktop and OS related issues.
- Troubleshooting all kind of application/software related queries and hardware related issue and Network issues like network connectivity issues.
- Installation and maintenance of desktop systems, printers, operating system and application software.
- All Outlook issues like configuring the mailbox, creating and adding PST to mailbox, repairing the corrupted PST’s.
- Supports for the application packages like MS office etc.
- Updating and installing patches to all Desktop systems
- Installing and troubleshooting McAfee Antivirus with daily Updates,
Remote tools:
- RDC
- Team Viewer.
