Position : Desktop support Engineer (Field Support - Ready to Travel)

Vacancies : 1

Location : Bangalore & Chennai

Eligibility Criteria :

1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment.

Skilled & capable of independently handling desktop, printer & peripheral calls.

Basic network troubleshooting skills.

Shall be able to independently the manage site for IT user desktop & peripheral support.

Capable of handling servers and Microsoft software running on it.

Knowledge on Hardware/Network essentials/OS Mandatory.

Knowledge on AD/Email Clients/Application Support.

Able to attend field calls 5Am 7Pm shift based 8hrs work( Visit to stores/ remote support).

Good verbal & written communication skills.

Travel Allowances will be provided.

Byke is Mandatory
