v Diagnose Hardware And Software Problems, And Replace Defective Components.
v Handling Virus Issues and Antivirus Software Issues for Desktops.
v Strong In Hardware Assembling &Trouble Shooting.
v MS Outlook Configuring, Outlook backup & restore and Troubleshooting.
v Handling Remote desktop and team viewer.
v Installation Printer Drivers and Troubleshooting.
v User Profiles Backup and Restore.
v Sharing folder, sharing device & Printer.
v Troubleshooting Basic Network Related Problems.
