- 1 years experience in a similar environment.
- Skilled & capable of independently handling desktop, printer & peripheral calls.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Shall be able to independently the manage site for IT user desktop & peripheral support.
- Capable of handling servers and Microsoft software running on it.
- Knowledge on Hardware/Network essentials/OS Mandatory.
- Knowledge on AD/Email Clients/Application Support.
