Job Description
Job Role:
· Provide all level desktop support.
· Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
· Walk users through problem-solving process
· Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved
· Supports operation of help desk and serves as focal point for user concerns
· Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for end users on a variety of issues
· Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support from local and remote customers
Required Skills:
· Basic Knowledge in Windows L1 Troubleshooting
· Basic knowledge Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 OS
· Any Hardware Certification will be added advantage
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
