We are hiring for Desktop Support Engineer Profile in Chennai.

CTC: 14000/ Month

Good Knowledge on Windows OS,
EMail clients, Antivirus clients, Handheld Devices,
O365 -Basic understanding of Active Directory & Exchange -
Preferred experience in MS- Outlook, OS , Drive Encryption system -
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Log and Assign Incident and service calls in the ticketing tool.
2. Open and resolve the calls
3. Technical Support
4. Troubleshooting Software, Outlook & Hardware related problems
5. Log the calls and Assign to L2 (Desk support Engineers) if not resolved by L1
6. Monitoring Calls SLA.
7. Handing ticketing tools related problem.
8. Making Daily Pending calls
9. Taking user feedback on calls resolution on daily basis
Qualifications and Skills
1. Graduate/ 3 Years Diploma.
2. Excellent communication Skills.
3. Minimum 0.6 months - 2 years exp. required.
