Diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective Vendors.
Installation/re-installation/configuration/Troubleshooting of systems, printers, scanners.
Configure/Troubleshooting desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of customer.
Installation/re-installation/configuration of in-scope client OS / software / applications
Installation/configuration/Troubleshooting of e-mail clients
Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and internet client
Support for local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client
Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates
Create ticket in customer ITSM tools and regular updates of all Incidents/Requests till closer in tool
Timely escalation of incidents and service requests to higher level
Provide hands and feet support at the local Data Centers and Server Rooms of the location
Should be ready to work in 24*7 Support
