Job Description
Job Requirements:
1.Knowledge of Windows Operating system with (hardware) to all the employees as required e.g. Desktop/Laptop, Landline, photons, pen drives,GPS.
2.Daily maintenance and problem resolution.
3.Installation / Reconfiguration / Re-installation of Windows Operating System from the original media
4.Identify the Hardware or any other Problem of Computer System.
5.Data Backup arrangements
6.Building, testing and modifying prototypes of new products, using working or theoretical models developed withcomputer simulation
7.Resolving all the issues arising in the office and location from time to time Troubleshooting
8.Evaluate factors such as reporting formats required, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration.
