Job Summary
Hello All,
We are looking for young talented IT Floor support engineer with minimum of 1 Year to 2 years experience for Western Suburbs Location. Person must have excellent communication skills and well understanding to handle / provide floor support to clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide floor support to clients / Users.
- Maintenance of HP, IBM, Dell & Assembled PC’s.
- Detecting and Resolving critical Hardware failure.
- Configuring network resources, updating windows.
- Managing LAN & WAN.
- Installing and configuring Outlook and Antivirus.
- Create backup and recovery system.
- Network setup (crimping and sharing system in small setup)
- Analyze, install, modify, and repair PC Software, operating systems, SAP, and outlook.
- Preparing LAPTOP for the users as per policy of the company.
- Installing scanner, printers and projector configuration.
- Desktop performance monitoring and optimization.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum 0 - 1 year
- Technical Course : Hardware Networking - Diploma / Degree
- Graduation : Any Graduate
- Certification : MCP
