Job Description:

Should have good communication skills
Should have good working knowledge on installation/ troubleshooting skills of Operating Systems (Win 7/ Win 10)
Should have good troubleshooting skills
Should have knowledge on First level Local Network/WiFi troubleshooting
Should be able to resolve customer specific application issues
Extend the shift timings for any planned activity or major incidents
Prepare reports as agreed with customer
Lead the activity specific to location and share regular progress updates to respective stakeholders
Review on pending calls and count should be under control
Regular review on SOPs
Provide support to VCs
Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients
Installation and troubleshooting of printers
Patch management for desktops – ensure critical patches are updated on schedule
Desktop Imaging through MDT
Should have good knowledge on features like DNS, DHCP, Proxy etc.
Should ready to visit other location within Mumbai in case of any requirement.
