We have wonderful opportunity for Wipro & Techmahindra clients for Desktop Support Engineer L2.

• Clients :- Barclays, Aditya Birla and Star TV
• Location :- Goregaon, Lower Parel
• Skills :- Desktop Support Engineer Level 1
• Salary :- Rs.12,000/- to 13,000/-(CTC)
• Experience :- 1year-2year
• Notice Period :- Immediate Joiner or 15days

• Responsible for maintaining servers using Windows operating systems
  

• Familiar with user updates (adds / deletes / changes)
  

•  Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops

•  Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange/ O365

• Providing desktop support

• Excellent communication skills, English language
  

• Sound knowledge on peripheral installation & Configuration Troubleshooting’s

•  L2 - At least 1-2 years of experience specifically working in Desktop Support engineers

•  Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops

• Fault finding to laptops and desktops

• Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops

• Basic understanding of operating system concepts including paging, swapping, device drivers, file systems, etc.

• Understanding of distributed computing environment concepts, including DFS, NFS, NIS, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and Ethernet, WSUS, DHCP and Anti-Virus

• Self-motivated with excellent problem solving skills and an ability to work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
