Job Description
- We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L2 to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
- You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
- Windows Server OS 2008 & 2012
- User and Group Account Management with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Knowledge of DNS and DHCP operations, support, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of WDS, Hyper-V, Outlook.
- Knowledge of VLAN, Subnetting, OSI Model
- LAN / WAN Network Connectivity, LAN Topologies & Cabeling.
- Windows OS Scripting (Task Automation)
- Manage Server File System and Security Permissions
- Patch / Release / Configuration / Change Management
- Synchronize and manage security information across Windows Server Network • End to End System Administration, Troubleshooting & Management.
- Provide Support using Remedy System / Ticket Logging Tool .
- Provide Support using Remote Support Applications.
- Working with clients to ensure proper server monitoring and fail over processes are in place.
