Job Description
Desired Profile:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and API- s
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality code culture
- Expert level knowledge of Android with at least 3+ years of experience developing Android based applications.
- Deep understanding of the internals of Android Frameworks.
- Good knowledge in OOPS concepts and JAVA
- Detailed knowledge of Android APIs, including animation and building custom views.
- Exposure with Android SDK development.
- Exposure in building mobile applications that utilizes web services (SOAP / REST / JSON / XML).
- Exposure with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Good knowledge of database (MySQL, SQLlite/ MongoDB)
- Exposure to Hybrid frameworks like Phonegap, Xamarin, Appcelerator Titanium, etc., is a plus
