Designation:- Development Manager (Agency Channel)
Eligibility Criteria :-
- 2 years of Sales experience in BFSI Products / Insurance Products / Banking Products.
- Should have a driving license and two-wheeler (Mandatory).
- Age should be 26 years to 45 years.
- Candidate Staying over particular location of min 5 years.
- Local Language is to be known of their respective locations.
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage Agents from the respective region.
- Train Agents and team handling work to be done ensure that agents can sale out life insurance policies easily.
- Candidate having 2 years in Experience in Direct Sales in Insurance only .
- Should have a driving license and two-wheeler.
- Minimum Graduation required.
