Position: Development Manager / Relationship Manager
CTC: up to 2.5 LPA + Incentive + Allowance (Depend on Previous Salary and Interview)

Job Eligibility Criteria: -
· 1+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.
· Minimum qualification- Completed any Graduation required.
· Age between 23 to 40 Years.
· Local Language is to be known of their respective locations.
· Lived in Current location minimum for 2 Years
Job Responsibilities: -
1). Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage Agents from the respective region.
2). Train Agents and team handling work to be done ensure that agents can sale out life insurance policies easily.
