Job Description

Job Requirements :- 5 years experience in IT- 2 yrs of experience with AWS-

Expertise in DevOps, using Jenkins, Chef, GitHub, CI/CD, Chef, Ansible, Terraform.-

Experience using Dockers, Kubernetes.-

Expert level hands-on experience with SAAS architectures comprising Linux, containerization, database and distributed computation platforms-

Strong automation skills-

Strong security expertise-

Good command of technologies like HTTP, SSL, load balancing, WAFs, SMTP-

Outstanding communication skills in English-

Client-focused

Roles and Responsibilities :- Execute business requests related to infrastructure change by using the existing tooling (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub) a) Create a new tenant b) Configure IP Whitelisting (add/replace/delete) o Configure snapshot timing c) Configure business-friendly URL d) Remove snapshots e) Return an environment f) Enable OTL g) Request usage logs for security breach h) Change email templates to a specific version i) Execute data/attachment migration. -

Resolve production incidents related to infrastructure and hosting (e.g., IP whitelisting issues, network '502' errors in browser console, service outages not related to configuration issues or application bugs)
