DGM /Deputy Manager job vacancies in Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd.
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved course. Preferred Additional Qualifications: Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws
Experience : Minimum 16 years for the post of DGM (HR)
Minimum 07 years for the post of Dy. Manager (HR)
Minimum 04 years for the post of Asstt. Manager (HR)
Experience in a manufacturing organization and exposure in
the field of recruitment, training & development, human
resources management, industrial relations, employee relations
and personnel administration. He / she should have knowledge
of labour laws, experience in drafting personnel policies.

Age : 48 Years
Pay Scale : Rs.36,600 - 62,000/-
Deputy Manager (HR) Grade (E3)/01 Post
Age : 37 Years
Pay Scale : Rs.24,900 - 50,500
Asstt. Manager (HR) Grade (E2)/01 Post
Age : 34 Years
Pay Scale : Rs.20,600 - 46,500/-
