What would be the Purpose of the Position? To govern and support the service delivery KPI’s of segments and to achieve service business excellence by improvement of delivery response and resolution times, in line with the company processes and guidelines. Timely internal and external customer service delivery support with the objective of maximizing growth, profitability and customer satisfaction within the framework of corporate policy, statutory regulations, legal framework, with the objective of enhancing DI CS business and profitability. This position is responsible for Finance function for Central Service Delivery of DI CS PRS business of approx. INR 1700’ MIL of BV/ TO/ OV. _0__ no of employees report into the position. Communication Partners: Internal: Regional, Segment and Product Managers, Other OpCos/BUs in Siemens, Inter/Intra-Department and HQ Germany colleagues, Expert house technical responsible, Portfolio / Product group leaders. Service engineers, Call center agents, regional service coordinators, SCM. Finance & Insurance, SFS, IDT, Legal, Secretariat, HR, Internal Audit and other support functions. External: GBS, Outsourced delivery staff, DHL, Authorized Service Centers, Authorized Repair Centers, Statutory authorities, Auditors. 
This is your role. What part will you play? Inventory Planning and Controlling. Analyze service spares consumption across various warehouse locations. Look for business trends, validate minimum stock levels along with technical / segment colleagues to optimize level of Inventory and set reordering levels for warranty and service obligations. Periodic review of slow and non-moving stock and make sure of Inventory rightsizing. Service Delivery Governance Order pre booking and post booking in Spiridon. 
Ensure booking in the correct Business segment, with proper discount approvals wherever applicable as per guidelines. 
Responsible for service forward / Reverse logistics, Compliance of tax regulations during movement of materials including documentation. Support in service Partner Management topics. Controlling Ensure service delivery without red flag violations, monitor and control data hygiene topics, Review of SLA and agreements. 
Monitor defective material returns from customers and arrange shipment for credits. Ensure reimbursement of expenses as per SLA from HQ. 
Review service delivery and order booking KPIs with timely & adequate actions wherever required. 
Risk Management Ensure awareness & compliance to statutes,, exercise inventory control, order hygiene, define Service delivery work instruction, ensure no violation of Business partner red flags, report risks in order to, conduct business within guidelines and achieve business results. KPI: Extra Cost. Process Improvement and Automation Continuously review delivery process to maximize efficiency, speed and minimize manual interface. Focus on automation / RPA and lean processes. Statutory Compliance Set systems & review compliance to statutory requirements, contractual commitments & company guidelines in order to, comply with statutory & legal requirements and protect the company’s interests. KPI: Conformance to Standards. 
Handle transfer pricing topics Audit Manage Audits – internal, external & SAG, provide guidelines, initiate corrective action & implementation of audit recommendations in order to, ensure compliance with Company policies and adherence to accounting guidelines.

External Relations Meet & liaise with DHL, External service delivery partners and support technical counterparts in enhancement of customer satisfaction. 
What you need to make real what matters? 

Minimum 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience, preferably in Service Delivery function. 
Exposure to Logistics handling and good understanding of Product / Service Business is necessary. Understanding of EXIM and Customs processes will be an added advantage. Key Competencies: Understand Service Business processes. 
Risk Identification & Mitigation Direct & Indirect Taxation Financial Accounting with exposure to IFRS Change Management 
This role is currently based at Siemens Bangalore location however could be changed as per business requirement.
