Academic: Preferably B.TECH/MCA/BSc IT
Job Role
- Manage Dialer Operations and Reporting.
- Generate Reports and submit to Client based on request.
- Customer Management and relations
- Thorough knowledge on MySQL DB management and operations, writing queries, stored procedures, triggers.
- Good knowledge on MS Excel and formulas to generate reports, PIVOT tables, V-lookup, MACRO writing.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Basic knowledge on Windows, Networking Concepts, ODBC connection, Web-server (Apache Tomcat
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Experience: Minimum 1 yrs experience is must
