Digital Advertising Specialist Jobs in Hyderabad - Atisfy

We're looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. You will work as part of our marketing team to execute digital advertising campaigns for our company and a range of small to large business clients all over the world.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Universal App Campaigns etc) as well as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Bing Ads & more.
• Setting up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Data analysis & reporting via Google Analytics.
• Reporting and communicating with the client account manager regarding campaign results and opportunities for improvement.
• Developing/writing creative PPC/ social media advertising strategies for prospective and existing clients.
• Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and audience targeting.
• Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums.
• Evaluating budget levels and providing recommendations.
• Analyse clients business goals (increase leads, increase ecommerce sales, specific model promotion, etc) and translate to a digital marketing proposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising
• Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns, Facebook ads, Instagram Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of conversion optimisation techniques, especially in regards to landing pages and websites.
• Ability to communicate complicated technical content in a simple manner
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including document preparation and the use of spreadsheets.
• Strong organisational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of other digital marketing methods (SEO, content marketing, social media management etc).

Our Recruitment Process:

In most cases, we have 3 rounds of interviews to identify the right candidate for the role. 

Round 1: We will do a phone interview which will involve a 15-45min chat with our Executive Assistant and Recruitment Specialist. 

Round 2: We will have a conference call between you and the department you are applying for. This will focus on technical fit, ability, personality and other factors.

Round 3: We will have a conference call between you and the CEO plus anyone of his choosing. This will focus on personality fit and alignment between your goals and the role and company goals.
