Our Global Delivery Centre operation in Chennai is located in the prestigious DLF Cybercity campus, the largest operational IT SEZ in Southern India. The Chennai operation is a strategically important large-scale production hub that services all of our global hubs.

Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Data Stewardship Quality Control and enrichment of metadata across both flat and interactive content
- Claims/Reference Management Maintenance of the References Library (upload, update) and creating anchors for multiple use.
- Rights ManagementVerify purchased asset right details are appropriately documented
- Reporting & OptimizationInsights and reporting on asset re-use and adoption within Content Factory Collaborate with Internal Team on Content Factory activity and metrics
- Collaborate with internal/external users & Veeva on future optimization and improvements to Content Factory
- Partner with Project Owners and agencies in the planning of future materials, to help optimize creation, re-use and localization
- Monthly reporting on asset use and re-use within Content Factory (creating awareness of true degree of asset re-use)
- Updating guidelines and asset standards for Content Factory platform updates and enhancements
Technical/Conceptual
- Previous experience with Veeva Vault Promomats (1 â 3 years)
- Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies or issues
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and process standards
- Design systems for tagging images and cataloguing taxonomy
- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud software standards (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of file formats (print, digital, video)
- Understanding of file usage rights & permissions
- Experience in curating, organizing, documenting, and cataloguing digital assets
- Understanding pharma industry specifics
- Basic knowledge of talent contracts and rights management
- Familiarity with approval processes in the licensing industry
- Trained in reviewing, cleansing, & enriching metadata
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address errors in metadata
- Skills to evaluate new ideas for platform improvement
- Experience in training & support for problem-solving
- Research & project management skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Focused Behaviors
- Understand the elements of good user experience
- Flexible and capable to respond quickly to changing priorities
