Job Description

Design and develop learning courses and programs to meet Learning and Development needs of the organization using multiple modalities and leveraging innovative approaches to learning.
Generate and customize innovative, high-quality digital learning solutions and content for the organization.
Create storyboards, audio, and video scripts, job aids, scenarios and case studies, learning activities, online course content, web applications, infographics, learning assessments, and user guides using sound instructional design theory.
Maintain branding standards and define User Experiences (UX) and User Interfaces (UI) for the In-depth platform to ensure consistency.
Maintain and develop course templates, models, standards, and procedures.
Provide guidance in content development process for new, revision, and revamp courses and assures that courses adhere to IRIS standards.
Use available data and feedback to understand how business respond to our offerings.
Consult with stakeholders to understand learning needs and make recommendations in complex business environments.
Bring to the table the latest industry trends in learning and learning technology.
Leverage Project Management principles and methodologies to manage work and stakeholder expectations.
Develop eLearning courses using software such as Articulate Storyline.
Worked on various Learning management systems like: SAP, Oracle or Learning Experience Platforms like: Thinkific, Teachable to host content and learning modules.
Develop learning visuals using motion graphic software.
- Experience in eLearning and/or motion graphic software
- Exceptional written Business English communication
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, facilitation, and learner-centered activities.
- Experience creating blended learning solutions; variations of ILT, VILT, and eLearning.
- Instructional technology experience i.e. simulation, gamification, social integration.
- Strong graphics skills to create style guides, course templates, web applications, graphic user interfaces, etc.
- Familiarity designing and developing eLearning, multimedia and other computer-based training in a short amount of time, ideally within a corporate training environment.
- Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and E-Learning standards (AICC, SCORM, xAPI, etc).
- Ability to translate program vision into practical and pragmatic action steps.
- Exceptional written (all media types) and verbal communications skills.
- Strong project management skills – ability to organize and lead one’s own work, drive towards results, and manage stakeholder’s expectations.
