Responsibilities and Duties

Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
