Job Description
- First and foremost, you will become fluent in RAIN Group's sales education content and intellectual capital.
- Then, you will have three primary roles:
- Supporting RAIN Group’s sellers by producing winning proposals that reflect each prospect’s specific needs, and
- Working with our Named accounts using LinkedIn and create customised messaging for each of their unique challenges.
- Collaborating with RAIN Group’s subject matter experts, consultants, and training facilitators to tailor our content to each of our client’s unique challenges.
- Develop deep understanding of our intellectual capital and help us leverage it for client success
- Work closely with sales and subject matter experts to craft winning proposals
- Partner with our client leaders to develop customized materials for specific client engagements
- Communicate with our consultants, facilitators, office leaders, and clients about our training programs, materials, and other intellectual capital
- Project manage with clients to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are exceptional
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned
