Job Description
- Lead Generation
- Plan and execute all performance campaigns web, SEM, database, email, social media and display advertising
- Achieve targets of CPL and CPA by optimizing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of SEO & digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Social Media
- Frame content strategy and develop content for our social media properties
- ORM complete management of the brands online reputation
- Develop response mechanism of customer queries/concerns on our social properties
- Manage our social media presence
- Generate positive dispositions in customers minds by managing online PR
- Manage digital assets
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience including UI/UX
- Ensure website and mobile app is up to date in all aspects
- Ensure all launches/campaigns are supplemented by our digital assets
- Manage digital projects end-to-end
- Reporting and analytics of our digital assets (mobile apps, website etc)
- Strong understanding and experience of lead generation through digital channels
- Sound knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Understanding of the latest technology and tools used for online acquisition of business
- Hands on experience with SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, other online tools
- Managed online campaigns end-to-end
