Job Description:

·  Work with marketing team to understand and create Digital Marketing objectives

·  Develop and map out BrightSword’s SEO and Social Media content

·  Manage BrightSword’s and its related product website engagement and Digital Marketing campaigns

·  Develop and update user-friendly and keyword rich content for the websites.

·  Focus on a combination of tactics and strategy to drive traffic suing SEO/SEM/SMM

·  Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.

·  Handling social media conversations at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

·  Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

·  Writing content for website and other marketing activities

·  Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

·  Report goal status to management on a weekly and monthly basis

Additional Preferences:

·  Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or in a similar field

·  Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics

·  Experience in creating and managing Social Media campaigns

·  Understanding and functional experience with search engine optimization practices

·  Familiar with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Ads Manager and Power Editor

·  Ability to establish and meet deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once

·  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team

·  Creative, fast, and thorough

·  Good communication(written &Oral)  skills
