Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Understand the company products and target audience in order to develop a digital marketing strategy. Lead the Digital Analytics, customer lead generation, reports etc. · Generate leads through SEO Optimization, Social media marketing & email marketing. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis & search engine optimization to boost website traffic. · Video creation and marketing in Social Media platforms. · Target and uplift brand popularity along with regular groups & forum submission. · Handle Social Media Marketing activities and improve interaction with prospects. · Launch optimized online ads through Display Ad Networks to increase company awareness and conversion. · Create, optimize & manage Google Ads campaigns based on budgets and target audience and requirement. · Creating Budget for marketing, calculating ROI, getting management approval and abide by the budgets for all marketing and selling expenses. · Execute & optimize content marketing. · Report on regular website analysis and performance updates with relevant recommendations/suggestions and advised adjustments. · Formulate feature content and design product specification documents for better website authority · Link building social media strategy, content strategy, viral marketing, site speed optimization · Ability to work on SEO elements like an XML site map, Disavow link, Robot text, Word press, Joomla, Google ad words, social media marketing. · Sound knowledge in PPC and SEM. · Prepare regular marketing report analysis. |
ELIGIBILITY / JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduated in Digital Marketing course along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Commerce, Business, IT or related discipline will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
· Minimum Experience of 4 years in successfully refining and executing digital marketing strategies for high-growth businesses and creatively translating the strategies into compelling marketing programs and campaigns.
· Deep understanding of web analytics and expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, chatbot marketing, and lifecycle marketing among others.
· A track record of successfully collaborating within a local and global team as well as working independently and autonomously.
· Demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize work to deliver high-quality work on time.
· Outstanding spoken English, written communication and visual presentation skills.
· High attention to detail in both written and visual context.
· Results-driven, self-motivated with highly developed analytical and planning skills.
· Experience on the following marketing tech platforms will be an added advantage:

· Google Search and Google Display Ads
· Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Quora Ads
· Social Media Scheduling Apps
· Google Analytics, Tag Manager.
