Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
Expectation overview for Direct Digital Marketing:
Manages planning, including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration, customer adoption and retention. Works with relevant internal and external teams including global, regional and local teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer.
Aligns with branding, content, communications, data, marketing intelligence & operations, online, digital and social media, partners, customer references, sponsorship, and events to support creation of integrated audience specific programs and campaigns.
Market Research & Insights - market insights and company objectives including solutions, industry, geographies, and other information. Understand and define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Combine the audience insights with audience intelligence (e.g. propensity models) to support building relevant programs.
Develop Content and Messaging to support the Customer Journey - Build, tailor, and syndicate content for awareness, demand generation, opportunity acceleration, customer adoption and retention.
Manage asset development and deliver, together with Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation and Marketing Communications, audience facing materials by leveraging, tailoring, and syndicating content, positioning, and messaging in order to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.
Plan and develop integrated audience campaigns and, working with Marketing Execution, identify targets and segments, nurture and marketing automation strategies, as well as tactics to achieve defined goals in accordance with privacy regulations.
