ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for management of digital properties like website. Developing content for the same like profiles, departments, procedures etc. Optimizing the use of search engines (SEO).
• Accountable for social media management and optimum use of blogs, Facebook,LinkedIn etc.• Developing market communication material inclusive of video development, patient testimonials, newsletters, clinical newsletters etc.
• Creating business associations with clubs, insurances, corporate, VIP’s and celebrities.
• Responsible for understanding consumer behavior through Focus Group Discussions(FGD) and market research through primary and secondary data collection.
• Performing competition mapping• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
