Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining follow up with all e-commerce portals for resolving any issues which might cause hindrances in the day to day operations.
- Listing & uploading of catalogs and products on E-Commerce websites
- Manage timely replenishment of inventory for all market places.
- Price Management.
- Maintaining good account health in different market place.
- Taking care of the sales with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Liaison with sellers and Market place
- Responsible for handling day to day operations on seller panels of various online marketplaces and to coordinate with people for deals & promotions.
- Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all the internal website queries.
- To have knowledge of the working of seller panels on these portals in and out.
- Familiarity with online promotional offers and advertisements is essential.
- Analysis of process and proactively working towards the improvement.
- Handle the day to day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLAs are met as per quality standard.
- Submitting an activity report on a daily basis to the category manager for the respective clients.
