- Optimize the site to be on the top of SERP along with delivering maximum quality traffic to client’s website.
- Perform Site Audit on the client’s website to make sure the website is error free in terms of SEO aspects.
- Update the structured data on the client’s website and eliminate all HTML/CSS related issues on the website that may hinder the website’s ranking.
- Keyword Research considering the target audience and online market for the website.
- Content creation and optimization of quality content within the overall content strategy for targeting specific keywords/phrases and increasing relevant traffic. To make sure the content on the website is plagiarism-free and updated.
- Updating Meta information (Title, Meta description/keywords, Headers)
- Handling Webmaster Account of the end customer and providing end-to-end support and resolution in case of website marked down by Google/Bing.
- Strategic link placement (Genuine) of back links to the client’s website from third party websites (On Review-websites/ Blogs Posting).
- Ensuring that the website is complying with all SEO-guidelines set by the Google/Bing along with meeting the goal of high SERP ranking.
- Creating/updating Google citations/online directories for local SEO with the latest client’s information.
- Documenting the SEO strategies used for each website and share with the onshore counter-parts.
- Update the Google My-Business listing – Claim and optimize
- Good understanding of proper sentence structure, grammar, spelling and English language
- Hands-on experience in google analytics and reporting
- Research & share the latest SEO Trends to ensure our clients always have a competitive-edge.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand the requirement and expectations of the client and deliver accordingly.

About Company
The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for the users who call our IT Service Desk. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Service Desk Agent answers incoming calls, tracks all information in a call tracking system, uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve tier 1 requests in a timely fashion. The Service Desk Agent escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team. Troubleshooting basic end user issues on various software applications, hardware, network and telecommunications systems and provide basic desktop support.
* Graduation with 1 to 5 years of experience in Service Desk Environment or Technical Support
