Job Description
Green Delight Innovations owns a sanitary napkin brand called Bliss Pads that focuses on hygiene, usability, and comfort rather than any other aspect. Our journey was not towards creating an eco-friendly sanitary napkin brand; rather, it was for our final year research project. We were given Kenaf fabric for the same. At first, we came up with a sustainable fabric out of Kenaf, and then we thought - why not sanitary napkins if the fabric is sustainable? This idea fueled us with all the confidence we needed to make it into a brand that is also beneficial to women's hygiene and society.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
3. Provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation of best practices and strategies
4. Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, thereby using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
5. Report progress to senior marketing management
6. Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, thereby increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
7. Research and monitor the activity of the company's competitors
8. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages
9. Work on social media marketing, influencer marketing, and collection of data for marketing
