About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and execute communication plans, initiatives, and social media calendars
2. Create social media status updates and blogs that are on-trend, relevant, and appealing in relation to products or promotions
3. Create and distribute high-quality, informative, and engaging press releases, press kits, and other related materials
4. Drive and identify possible campaigns and public relations events
5. Use social media to build ties with industry leaders or trendsetters
6. Create media activity reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
7. Create content for prominent businesses in a variety of fast-growing industries
8. Work on a variety of content, such as social media postings and emailers
9. Create social media campaigns to develop the brand and engage the audience
10. Create material on a daily basis for a variety of social media channels
11. Create content strategies based on consumer and competitor research
12. Engage users in a proactive manner with relevant and innovative campaigns
