About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answering all customer queries on the company's WhatsApp business account
2. Answering customer calls
3. Understanding our brand's product offerings, handling customer concerns, understanding the customer's requirements, and recommending appropriate products from our product list
4. Handling the Shopify dashboard and organizing the shipments to go out with the warehouse team

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 17th Feb'21 and 24th Mar'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be extremely fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

2. Should be a graduate from an English speaking college

3. Should be able to carefully listen to the customer and bring energy and enthusiasm to the interactions

4. Should be able to greet customers with enthusiasm and make them feel heard and excited about our brand

5. Should be able to show the customer that being healthy doesn't have to be a tedious task it can actually be fun

6. Should have basic knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

7. Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel
