About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing top-of-mind recall for Wonderhood and wonderLearn brands using high-impact channels and marketing concepts/strategy in tier-1 and tier-2 cities
2. Influencing customers and driving call-to-action behavior accordingly
3. Execute digital campaigns across various channels independently
4. Analyzing, monitoring, and continuously optimizing for desirable outcomes
5. Defining and executing key campaign metrics based on expected business outcomes
6. Configuring backend analytics for necessary reporting and data analysis
7. Analyzing reports, optimizing campaigns, and recommending changes to the website or customer flows to address any consumer dropouts or abandoned checkouts

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Dec'20 and 25th Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Should have a clear understanding of how to apply various digital channels at different stages of customer acquisition and purchase journey
2. Candidates having design capabilities would be preferred
3. Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in doing all or most of the above-mentioned tasks
