1. Should have strong skills in Keyword research

2. Should have expertise in technical SEO stuff like basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, structured data, Sitemap, etc. and up-to-date with latest Google Algorithms

3. Must be able to manage on-page and off-page SEO activities to boost website rankings

4. Should have strong skills in managing backlink outreach campaigns and content marketing campaigns

5. Should have a result-oriented approach to provide a spike in website traffic as well as improve the conversion rate
