About Helper4U Services LLP
Helper4U is a social enterprise, helping the people at the bottom of the economic pyramid find better job options, with dignity, without the need for a placement agency or middleman. This minimizes their exploitation, physical or financial, at the hands of the middleman. Our focus is domestic workers (maids, nannies, cooks, drivers, elder care staff) and similar job seekers in businesses (peons, delivery staff, housekeeping staff, shop assistants, telecallers, data entry, laborers).
On the other end of the spectrum, we are helping employers hire these workers, directly, without any third-party intervention, on mutually acceptable terms. The whole process is largely tech-driven, with a very hands-off approach at our hand. A 'mobile' is central to the whole process of hiring and the back-end algorithms take care of the whole matchmaking process. Helper4U has been operational for 4 years now, and along the way has been recognized and awarded as an innovative concept by many.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling digital marketing campaigns aimed at job seekers and employers
2. Creating advertisements for digital marketing
3. Building and executing strategies to increase traffic to the website

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
