Requirements

2 to 4 years of paid digital marketing experience managing search marketing campaigns and budgets ($25 000+/month & more) at scale with strong focus on Lead generation, & eCommerce.
Deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices.
Deep understanding of Google Merchant Accounts, Amazon Seller and Seller Ads, Bing Shopping, and other shopping sites.
Experience using feed management tools like Feedonomics and GoDataFeed.
Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and downstream metrics measurement and funnel optimization and conversion a plus.
Generating reports to analyze account performance and reporting the same to the clients on weekly and monthly basis.
Knowledge of Google data studio, Supermetrics will be a plus.

3+ years of combined search experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Deep understanding of major paid search programs: Google (search, display, shopping, gmail and youtube), Microsoft Advertising.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team.
Extremely organized with high attention to detail.
Proactive and resourceful.
Must be an excellent cultural fit - high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation.
Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly.
Demonstrates interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing.
Knowledge or experience with other platform media (social media, programmatic, other digital) a plus.
