In this ‘hands-on’ role, you will have the opportunity to lead all marketing needs of the company, work cross-functionally with the Founder, designers, Social media managers, ship marketing assets and own the outcome of all the brand's marketing. You’ll be responsible to launch, optimize the performance of the campaigns & get results.

Requirements

• Based in Mumbai/Thane/Vasai or able to commute daily to our office which is in Vasai.

• Should have at least 2+ years of experience in relevant field

• Should be really good with Facebook advertising, Google ad words, SEO, SEM

• Should be able to learn and adapt different forms and platforms of marketing In such a rapidly changing world of advertising

• Ideally, should have handled budgets of over 10 lakh per month individually in Google & FB Ads per month.

• Exceptional drive and commitment striving for excellence.

• High level of adaptability to a frequently changing professional and social working environment

In this role, you will need:

• To be able to conduct in-depth market research and develop customer avatars.

• Excellent project management skills/ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

• Plan and strategize marketing plans & budgets effectively

• Create actionable reports & insights (using Google analytics Facebook analytics for example) which can be used for further improving the revenue and campaigns

• To be structured, organized, and attentive to details, yet flexible and able to translate high-level strategy into detailed tasks to be worked on.

• To understand the mechanics of acquiring sales from different channels like Facebook ads, Google ads, SMS, Email Marketing, Social media and etc

• To understand copywriting, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Data-driven and have the ability to translate complex analysis into simple-to-understand and actionable insights.

• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment.

• Exceptional drive and commitment striving for excellence.

• High level of adaptability to a frequently changing professional and social working environment.
