Job PURPOSE:-
IT Training is a major component to the organization structure. This role has significant scope in training of involved candidates as well developing new and interesting campaigns which will drive customer engagement and patronage. This person must have a strong digital marketing and communication skills as they will be ultimately responsible for the public image of the company online.
Areas of RESPONSIBILITY:-
1. Brand Engagement:
- Online Reputation Management of the company on social channels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Develop new innovative ideas to promote IT Training in various sectors.
2. Social Media Management:
- Social Media promotion planning & execution.
- Generate Content for Blogs, social media like Slide Share, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ YouTube etc.
- Capability to write relevant post
- Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts.
3. Advanced Search Engine Optimization:
- Managing SEO & regular tracking of keywords rankings & adding seasonal keywords.
- Help company in acquiring new customers by preparing online media strategies which includes mix of search & display.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience with visual emphasis on the service presented.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
4. Campaign Management:
- Managing digital marketing campaigns, plan and execute Google Adwords, SEM, PPC, Social Media, email marketing and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Ability to conceptualize Marketing Campaigns (Banners, Videos, Audio).
- Excellent in communication & analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to execute communication campaigns but also analyses the effectiveness of the same.
5. Training: In house and outreach training to candidates.
Required CREDENTIALS:
1. Qualification:
- A formal qualification in Digital Marketing.
- Must hold Certification in respective technology.
2. Knowledge:
- Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
- Latests methods of communication and customer engagement.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- HTML.
3. Experience:
- A previous role in digital marketing training with an experience of 1+ years.
- Working as part of a team.
- Creation of digital video/audio content.
- Experience in writing web content.
4. Qualities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Sound planning and organizational capabilities.
- Strong English and creative abilities.
- The ability to work in a team.
- The ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with all staff.
