Job Description

Banking Process- Handling HNI Customers
Designation: Digital Relationship Manager
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Provide banking assistance to the existing HNI customers.
2. Build a relationship with an allocated customer base.
3. Act as the single point of contact and provide banking operation service through voice or Email interactions.
4. Identify customer need and pitch for banking products.(CASA, Loans, Cards, Insurance, Mutual fund, Dmat, Securities, Etc)
SKILL REQUIRED:
Any Graduate
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Willingness to work in relationship management for banking and investment products
3. Experience in sales would be an added advantage
