The Green Dot Corporation is an American financial technology and bank holding company founded in 1999 & headquartered in Pasadena, California. It is the world's largest prepaid debit card company by market capitalization. Green Dot is also a payments platform company and is the technology platform used by Apple Pay Cash, Uber, and Intuit. Services offered by Green Dot include – Branded Cards, Cash Solutions, Payments, Payroll Services & Tax preparation. At FIS we’ll be providing Customer Support to Green Dot card holders via various channels like Calls, Chat & Email. The customer support queries may include funds not loading, transaction not going through, refunds, cashback rewards, online account sign-in etc.

What you will be doing

Experienced Business Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry (especially Insurance domain Capital market and Retail banking) skilled in Requirements Analysis, Business Development, Business Documentation, Analytical Skills, Market Research. Overall more than 4 -5 years of experience in RPA. Currently working as a functional consultant for driving Process Improvement projects across multiple geographic locations      

What you bring:

Knowledge / Experience

•           Exposure to RFP’s, RFI’s and Bid Management

•           Provide Pre-Sales solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes

•           Exposure to RPA/Process Improvement Solutioning

Skills

•           Minimum 18 months of RPA Project experience & Process Improvement

•           Exposure to RPA tools – UiPath, Automation Anywhere, WinAutomation

•           Exposure to Customer Service Accounts – be able to understand and write AS IS or TO BE processes

Qualifications

•        Graduate or equivalent with an experience 10 + years of total experience

•        Six Sigma Green Belt certified (Desirable)

Competencies

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        In depth knowledge of market research and sales deck

·        Ready to work in US shifts (night)

·        Should be open for Travels., if needed

·        Technical understanding of RPA tools
