Designation: Digitalization IT Team – Leader

As a Digitalization IT Team – Leader in LDA, you are responsible for managing software development teams and develop software using Agile Scrum. Knowledge of Java web application, AWS cloud, Process industry, AI/ML and Power BI is added advantages
What are my responsibilities?
- Manage team, conduct performance assessment, manage customers.
- Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
- Helping the development team to create high-value products
- Ensuring the development team is working effectively, by conducting regular reviews
- Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
- Helping the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed, and
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
Qualification:
- Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field
Experience 5 to 10 years of experience on digitalization presales in process industry, product lifecycle, Scrum, Agile and product management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in software development, build, release.
- Knowledge of AWS (both PAAS and IAAS)
- Knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Json, Ajax, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Strong in OOP concepts
- Knowledge and Hands-on experience of testing frameworks (Microsoft Test Framework or Nunit)
- Strong knowledge in software development, build, release.
1. AWS, IAM, EC2, ECS, S3, Route 53, RDS etc. with addition to Git.
2. Backend, Java, Spring Boot, Json, API etc.
- Strong in OOP concepts
- Knowledge and Hands-on experience of testing frameworks (Microsoft Test Framework or Nunit)
