Qualification : Two year full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/ MSW or equivalent from recognized Institute with minimum 55% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST candidates

Age : 27 years for UR/ OBC(NCL)/SC/ST

Stipend during training period of One year : Rs.16500/-per month for  all posts

Service Agreement Bond : Selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond of 50, 000/- for Gen/OBC (NCL) candidates & 25000/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates for serving POWERGRID for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training

Selection Process :

The Selection Process for respective Post shall consist of the following:-.

1. Selection Test shall be of Objective Type of two hours duration consisting of two parts –

a. Part-I consists of Professional Knowledge Test with 120 questions having specific questions of respective discipline.

b. Part-II
consists of Supervisory Aptitude Test with 50 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, ability to determine data sufficiency, interpretation of graphs/charts/tables, numerical ability etc

(Non- refundable) (SC/ST/PwD/ Ex-servicemen/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee).

Mode of payment : Online Method – Through Payment Gateway  After successful completion of online registration, candidates shall receive an email with details of their Login ID, Password and other information.
