Direct Sales Executive (DSE): Graduate with good communication skills and 1-3 years of field experience in sales. Should be based in Kolkata and aged below 28 years. CTC: 11K-16K p.m. plus incentives. Team Leader: Graduate with good communication skills, with 3-4 years of experience in automobile sales. Age within 30. CTC: 16k â€“ 22 k + incentives. Sales Manager/ Location head- 5-10 years of experience from the automobile industry. CTC: Upto 7 lacs, based on experience and capability. Kindly the Candidates should be from Automobile Industry, especially Team Leader & Sales Manager. For Sales Automobile as well but to some extent, we can go for pure Sales & Marketing who have the knowledge.
